SHIPPING & DELIVERY
There are 2 delivery methods that you can choose from. Pick up at PSF Trading Sdn Bhd store, and courier delivery.
1. PICK UP AT PSF TRADING SDN BHD Please bring a copy of your receipt to collect your item. Self-collection method is available from Monday to Friday (10am – 7pm) at: PSF Trading Sdn Bhd 42, 44, 46 Jalan Sungai Keramat 6,Taman Klang Utama, 42100 Klang, Tel: +6012 290 2780 *We are closed on weekends and public holidays
2. COURIER DELIVERY Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partner. This service will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will take about 2 to 3 working days to Klang Valley area, 3 to 5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia, and 5 to 7 working days to Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery charges are FREE within Malaysia.
Returns
RETURN POLICY ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA). Please email us at hello@mihanphone.com with your name, order number and reason for exchanging. Returns can only made one time per order number. Any order made with return store credit cannot be returned the consequent time. Items must be in its original packaging. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All return must include the INVOICE SLIP. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 2-3 working days. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference. PSF Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
REFUND POLICY
Refund is valid only if a wrong/damaged item is sent to you. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost (for both ways) of returning the item to us. To ensure that your return item reaches us safely, we would advise customers to return their item via registered courier delivery. We would not be responsible for any lost mail. However, if the cause of exchange is due to an engraving mistake made on our part, we will cover the shipping fee for both ways. The refund amount, if any, will be given as store credits.
